That he did on Wednesday the 27th. day of November
last serve the Prosecutrix in this Cause with the Notice
hereunto annexed by Delivering a True Copy of the same
to John Kendray< no role > her Husband at his House in Bowl
and Pin Alley near Whites Alley in the Liberty of
the Rolls and at the same time shewed him the said
annexed notice and acquainted him with the Contents
thereof which notice the said John Kendray Promised
this Deponent to Deliver to his said wife so Soon as she
Came home and lastly saith that the said Notice of
Trial hath not since been Countermanded to this
Deponents Knowledge or beliefe
