have Remised Released and for ever quitt claimed and by these presents
do Remise Release and for ever quitt claime unto Mary< no role > the Wife
of James Lamb< no role > of Little Russell Street in the
parish of Saint Martin in the Fields in the said
County of Middlesex her
Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
