ing to the Condition of your Recognizance for that Pur-
pose, it became forfeited, and must be estreated in the Court
of Exchequer
, in Order to the issuing of Process thereon
against you for levying the Penalty; unless by Appearance
and proper Application to stay Proceedings thereon at the
next Session, which will begin at Guildball
in King-Street,
Westminster
, on Monday the 8th Day of April next, the Es-
treat shall be respited by the Court.
