The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within the Liberty
of Westminster
in the said County.
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals
of

Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace in and for the County of Middlesex
(whereof one is of the
Quorum) bearing Date the Nineteenth Day of June last

Singlewoman
aged near Forty Years was removed and conveyed
from that Part of the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn which lies above the
Bars
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Anne
as the place of her last legal Settlememt Whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves to be Aggrieved
Wherefore they humbly Appeal to this Court against
the Adjudication of the said two Justices and their said Order
And pray that the Benefit of the said Appeal may be saved
to Your Petitioners and that the hearing and determining
thereof may be adjourned to the next General Session of
the Peace to be holden for this County And that Your
Worships will Please to Order that the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said part of the Parish of Saint
Andrew Holborn which lies above the Bars
in the County
of Middlesex
do then Attend this Court.
