To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex in
their General Sessions of the Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Bars in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of Thomas Edwards< no role > and
George Wright< no role > Esquires Two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster
(one Whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
Second Day of August 1770, Christian a Female Bastard
Child born on the Body of Christian Lissack< no role > was removed
from the Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of
Westminster to the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
above the Bars as the Place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners therefore think themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order of the said
Two Justices of the Peace , Appeal to
this Court against the same and
humbly Pray Your Worships will be
pleased to appoint Some Day in
this Sessions for the hearing and
determining the said Appeal

And your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc
