At the General Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the king holden
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in and for the County of Middlesex on
Monday the Nineteenth Day of February in the Tenth year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord king George the Third And in the Year of our Lord
one thousand Seven hundred And Seventy.

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel in this County have Notice
of the Within Appeal And that they and all Persons Concerned Do attend
this Court on Thursday next at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear
and Abide the Judgment and determination of this Court touching the Said
Appeal
