The Information of Samuel Wegg< no role > of the
Parish of Acton in the said County of
Middlesex Esquire taken upon Oath this
sixteenth Day of August One thousand seven
hundred and sixty nine before me Nathan
Carrington
< no role > Esquire one of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County.

Who saith that on Sunday the sixth day of August
[..] observed that his two Ponds adjoining to
[..] Highway near his House in the said Parish
[..] ton had in the Night before mearly that
[..] ning been dragged and as the same had
[..] n well stocked with Fish by him, he apprehends
a considerable Quantity of Fish was taken and
carried away, and he further saith that he hath
just Cause to suspect & doth suspect that Thomas
Tisbury
< no role > and John Hill< no role > of old Brentford in the
Parish of Ealing in the said County of Middlesex
Fisherman did feloniously steal take and carry
away such fish
