Susanna Lupton< no role > of Marybone Workhouse in the county of
Middlesex , one of the Nurses there Maketh Oath and saith
that the above named Prosecutor Nathaniel Shadwell< no role >
came into the Workhouse of Saint Mary Lebone Parish about
Four Months since ill of a Violent Fever and than he continued
ill in the said workhouse about Six weeks and then Dyedof
in convulsion fits, and not from any Injury or hurt Received
from the said Defendant Bolland, and that she this Deponent
attended him during all the time of his illness
