in heath (except wearing Apparel Linnen and washing) during the<lb></lb>
said Term</p>
<p n="319">That your Petitioner served his said Master accordingly<lb></lb>
until on or about the first day of March last at which time he absconded<lb></lb>
for Debt and being insolvent keeps no open Shop nor follows his said<lb></lb>
business but hath ever since secreted himself from Your Petitioner<lb></lb>
and doth not provide your Petitioner with any Victuals drink or<lb></lb>
lodging, nor in any wise employ your Petitioner nor is he in any<lb></lb>
Capacity to teach or cause to be taught your Petitioner his said Art<lb></lb>
and business of a Cabinetmaker.</p>
<p n="320">Wherefore Your Petitioner most humbly prays<lb></lb>
Your Worships to discharge him from his said<lb></lb>
Apprenticeship</p>
