Mr. Jefferson is requested to Send this afternoon to List of the Hundreds
with the Towns Etc in each and of the Divisions, Parishes, Wards Etc
in the Great Hundred with the Names and Residence of the
Clerks and Collectors of the Several Divisions and in his Letters
to give all of them formal Notice that the House of Commons
will Certainly be Moved against Such of them who do not
instantly return their Assessments to his Office
