Parish of St. George han Square in the
County of Middlesex
within the said County to receive
and Convey. And to the Church-Wardens,
Chapel-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish, Place or Precinct of of
Andrew in the City of York
or either of them to receive and obey

WHEREAS Joseph Calvert< no role > , was
apprehended in the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
as a Rogue and Vagabond (videlicet) there found Wandeing
and laying in the Open Air
and upon Examination of the said Joseph Calvert< no role >
taken before me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that The Place of
the last legal Settlement of the said Joseph
Calvert< no role > is in the Parish of Saint Andrew in
the City of York

These are therefore to require you the said Constable,or other Officer
to convey the said Joseph Calvert< no role >
to the Parish of Ridge in Hertfords that being the first
Parish in the next Precinct, through which he ought to pass
in the direct Way to the said Parish of St. Andrew to which
he is to be sent, and to deliver him to the Constable, or
other Officer of such Parish in such next Precinct, together with
this Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said
Joseph Calvert< no role > taking his Receipt
for the same, And the said Joseph Calvert< no role >
to be thence carried on in like Manner
to the said Parish of St. Andrew
there to be delivered to some Church-Warden: Chapel-Warden, or Over-
Seer of the Poor of the same Parish
to be there provided for according to Law. And you the said Church-
Warden, Chapel-Warden, or Overseer of the Poor, are hereby required to
receive the said Person, and provide for hin as aforesaid. GIVEN
under ny Hand and Seal this 8th. Day of March
