These are in his Majesty's name strictly to charge and
[..] you that you or some of You upon sight hereof
apprehend and bring before us or some of us at Hicks Hall
in St John Street in the same County Henry Guest< no role >
of Edmonton in the same County Nail maker who stands
bound by recognizance to testify and give Evidence
according to his Knowledge on behalf of his Majesty
against one Thomas Sutton< no role > at this present Session for
in a Case of Felony and which to do the said Henry
doth hitherto altogether neglect from whence it is
strongly to be presumed that the said Henry not
only contumeliously withdraws himself in delay and
avoidance of Justice but participates in guilt with
the said Principal felon and intends to skreen him
from the justice of the law by confederacy and evil
council and comfort Therefore fail not to bring the
said Henry to certify to the grand inquest of the
lord the King for this County now sitting and to do
as the Court shall here award touching his misbehaviour
and for you so doing this shall be your Warrant Dated in
open Court at the General Session of the Peace holden
for the said County at Hicks Hall the 20th. Febry 1769
