At the Delivery of the King's Goal of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex
on Thursdaythe twelfthday of January 1769

Whereas Mary Hinchley< no role >
hathat this present Session been Convicted of Felony on the Prosecution
of Samuel Patrick< no role > and the said Samuel Patrick< no role >
having prayed to be allowed for his Expences and loss of time in the said
Prosecution which this Court think reasonable It is therefore Ordered try
this Court that the Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
Samuel Patrick< no role > the Sum of twenty one Shillingsfor his
said Expences and loss of time
