To the Constables of the Parish of Saint Giles in the
Fields in the County of Middlesex , and
to all Constable and other Officers, whom it may
cern to receive and convey; and to the Church-ward [..]
Chapel-wardens, or Overseers of the Poor of the Pa [..]
Town or place of Rochester
in the County of Kent
or either of them, to receive and obey.

WHEREAS Frances Nelson sny [..]

apprehended in the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Field
as a Rogue and Vagabond viz. there
Wandering and begging
and upon Examination of the said Frances Nelson< no role >
taken before Me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that the
parish Town or place of Rochester in the County
of Kent is the place of her last legal Settlement

THESE are therefore to require you the Constable of the said
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
to convey the said
Frances Nelson< no role >
to the Parish ofparish of St. Andrew Holborn in the County of London
that being the first Parish in the next Precinct through which
she ought to pass in the direct Way to Rochester aforesaid
to which she is to be sent:
And to deliver her to the Constable of other Officer of the said
Parish of St. Andrew together with this Pass, and the Duplicate
of the Examination of the said Frances Nelson taking his
Receipt for the same: And the said Frances Nelson< no role > is
to be thence conveyed on
in like manner to Rochester aforesaid
there to be delivered to some Church-wardens, Chapel-warden
Overseer of the Poor of the same Place, to be there provide
according to Law: And you the said Church-wardens, Chapel
wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, are hereby required to receive
the said Person and provide for her as aforesaid.
