Take notice that if the Clerk of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex doth not on or before
Wednesday the Seventh day of September next being the
third day of the next General Session of the Peace to be
held by Adjournment at Hicks's hall in Saint John
Street in and for the said County of Middlesex Reply to
my Plea in Misnomer already pleaded in this Prosecution
The Court will be moved the next day at the house of
eight in the forenoon or so Soon after as Councel can be
heard that the said Plea may be allowed for want of a
Replication And that the said Indictment may be
quashed Etc Dated the 29th31st.day of August 1768
