Whereas some Differences and disputes did lately arise
between David Scott< no role > of North Shields in the County of
Northumberland Marinor and me Henry Fleck< no role > of the same
place marinor And Whereas I the said David Scott< no role > did
pursuant to such Difference apply to Robert Pell< no role > of Well Close
EsquireSquare London Esquire one of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the County of Middlesex in order to Obtain a
peace Warrant against the said Henry Flock< no role > and which was
accordingly Served upon him and he hath paid all Expences
touching or Concerning the same This therefore is to Certify
the said Robert Pell< no role > Esquire or whom else it may Concern
That we the said David Scott< no role > and Henry Fleck have
finally Settled and determined all Disputes and Variances
betwixt no in an amicable manner and do therefore order
and desire that all further proceedings may cease which
have been Commenced by me the said David Scott< no role > against
the said Henry Fleck< no role > As Witness our hands 7th. July 1768
