Alehouse & report'd what he had seen & that Morgan
was a beating & stay'd in the House till Morgan came
in That Morgan seeing the Wittness ask'd Him if
he was not a bad Man to leave Him The Wittness
told Him he was afraid to stay That Morgan say'd it
did not Signify for he knew Same of them & would
be even with them That Morgan had a Cutt on the
Forehead & the wittness wash'd [..] it with Gin & ty'd it up That
he left him in the House That he saw Him the
next Morning & ask'd him how he was who answered his
Head was very sore

blow on the Back & another on the Head & then
Jumped on Him when he was down
