the Fields in the County of Middlesex Victualler maketh Oath
and saith that he did on the Eleventh day of this Instant may
personally serve ann Lambeth< no role > prosecutrix of the said
Indictment in the Bar Room of his own House there with a
True Copy of the Notice Annexed purporting that the said
Defendants Would appear at the next General Session of
the peace to be hold at Hicks Hall in Saint John [..] in
the said County of Middlesex On Tuesday the Seventeenth day
of may Instant and plead not Guilty and take then Tryals on the said Indictment
