being bound over to appear at the
Session held in January- last, and not appearing according
to the Condition of your Recognizance for that Purpose,
it became forfeited, and must be estreated into the Court
of Exchequer
, in Order to the issuing of Process thereon
against you for levying the Penalty; Unless, by Appear-
ance and proper Application to Stay Proceedings thereon
at the next Session, which will begin at the New Guild-
ball, Westminster
, on Monday the 11th Day of April next
the Estreat shall be respited by the Court.
