Last Obliged to Retreat therefrom after being very near pushed
down thereby, And then the said Mr. Lee followed the said Mr. Marsden
into the said yard, as did also Mr. Broughton his Lordship's Steward
And this Deponent further Saith That in the morning of the next
Day being Tuesday the Twenty Ninth Day of December last, and many
times since the said Edward Gibbons< no role > has frequently Complained much
to this Deponent that he had a Violent pain in his side, And has
many times told this Deponent that he received so much
burt by the said gate being beat or pushed against him by the
said persons when they so forced themselves into the said Yard
as aforesaid, That he was aforesaid and Verily believed [..] [..]
the said Edward gibbons< no role > should suffer for it, or to that or the
like Effect
