Take Notice That I shall move the Court at Hicks hall on Saturday Morning
next at 10 O'Clock or as so soon after as Counsil may be heard
that my Recognizance may be respited Sine Die and also
them of the other persons mentioned in a general Release duly Executed
by your Husband in due form of Law on a Satisfaction having
been made him in pursuance of an Award made by William
Fleetwood< no role > Appointed to settle the differances between us and that
all proceedings against me and the parties mentioned in
the said Release may be stayed Dated the 14th. day of
January 1768
