for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Mary le bone otherwise Mary bone in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant a order under the Hand
and Seal of Stephen Clarke< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the said County bearing Date the 3d Day of December
1767 Hannah Brad< no role > burn a Child Aged about Eight Years was
removed from and out of the Parish of SaintMary le Giles
in the Fields in the said County of Middlesex to the said parish
of Saint Mary le bone as the place of her last legal Settlement
whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves Aggrieved and
humbly appeal therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray your
Worships that a Day may be appointed for the hearing
and Determining of the said Appeal and that Your
Worships may be pleased to make such Order in the
Premisses as to your Worships shall seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc

Middlesex


At the General Sessions of the Peace of our Lord the King holden
for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street
in the said County on Monday the Seventh Day of December
in the 8th. Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Giles on the Fields aforesaid
have Notice of this Appeal and that they and all persons concerned
do Attend this Court on Thursday the Tenth Day of this Instant Decr.
at Nine o' Clock in the Morning to hear and abide the Judgement and
Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal
