his Servant taken before me this
30th. day of December 1767

Who being upon Oath [..] severally severally say that last Thursday Evening
a littel before five o'Clock they were is toptina Posh Chaise upon Hounslow
Heath leg a Single Highway man and this Informant John Thos. De Bury< no role >
for himself saith that believes a Person nor present who calls himself
William Scolar< no role > Hamiltonto he the Person who so stopt them and that the Per [..]
who Did so step him presented a Pistol to him this Informant and Robbed
him of two Guineas and upwards and Gold Watch and Seal now
produced and this Informant Richard sweet< no role > for himself saith
that he believes the said Scolar now present to be the Person who
assaulted and Robbed his master as aforesaid
