taken
before me this 21st. day of Novr. 1767.
Who being upon Oath says that Yester day he was Arrested by Virtue
of a writ issued out of his Majesty's Palace Court for the Sum of five pounds
[..] at the Suit of one Edward Clarke< no role >
under a pretence of a Note of Hand
[..] ssory Note for the payment of Mary given to Henry Domine< no role >
and by him Indorsed to the said Clarke and now produced and
this Informd. farther says that the said promission Note is falsely
made forged and Counterfeited and verily believes that it was
so falsely made forged and Counterfeited and Published as true
(knowing it to he so falsely made forged and Counterfeiled) by the
said Henry Domine with Intent tole heat and Defend this Infomt.
says he never in his Life time gave said Dominie a Note of his Hand
but once left [..] a direction where he lived at an Alehouse in Noble Street
(the Bell) and verily believes the
same direction is now Pasted upon a Piece of Paper and a Note of
hand wrote over it by the said Henry Domine
