before me one of his Majestys Justices of
the peace for the sd County

Who being on Oath saith That Yesterday
Morning he put a fire & then piece into
a Snuff Box & laid it down on the Table
by him and a person now present who calls
herself Eliz Swan came down to this
July Cellar and took up the Box in her
hand & took Sunff out of it three sevl.
times & the third time while the sd Geo
spoke to a Man who came down the Cellar
who did not come near the Table she the
said [..] away with the sd. Sunff
Box & Money
