Joseph Francis< no role > of Saint Anns Limehouse in the County of Middlesex
Waterman Maketh Oath that he this Deponent at the Sessions of the
Peace held at Haks Hall in Debrintory last on Saturday the last Day of Febrylastbetween the hours of ten & Eleven a Clock last did actually and bonafide
Pay unto Mr. Jefferson the Deputy Clerk of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex the Sum of five Shillings and four Peace for and on Account
of Withdrawing the Recognizance entred into by this Deponent and his
Wife before Ralph Hodgson< no role > This name instance is in set 3684. Esqr. for an Assault on William Hoswell
Supposed to be done by this Deponent and his Wife And for which said
Assault this Deponent was bound over to appear at the Sessions of
the Peace held at Hicks Hall in and for the County of Middlesex in
February last as aforesaid,
