It is Ordered that the Final hearing and Determining of the Matter of
an Appeal of John Blew< no role >

in this County Baker against A Conviction of Thomas Kynaston< no role >
Esquire
one of the Justices of our said Lord the King for the said County for
Exposing to Sale and did Sell Eight Loaves of Wheaten Bread importing to
be three penny and Two penny loaves wanting in Weight nine Ounces
and fourteen drams according to the Assize then duly set and in force for
the said Bread And was Adjudged to pay and forfeit for the same the Sum
of Two pounds and Seven shilling And thereby prying relief in the
Promises Which stood Adjourned unto this day Do stand further
Adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the Peace to be held
for this County And that on Notice hereof to be given to him in the mean,
time that he and all Persons concerned do Attend the Court at Hicks Hall
aforesaid On Monday the Thirteenth day of July next at Nine of the Clock in,
the Forenoon of the same day and then and there hear and abide the Judgment
and determination of the Court touching the premisses
