That on Saturday the sixth Day of June Instant, he this<lb></lb>
Deponent did Attend at <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50572_geo59">Hicks Hall</rs>

in this Honourable<lb></lb>
Court and waited several Hours, form Nine of the Clock<lb></lb>
in the Forenoon of the same Day in order to give Evidence<lb></lb>
against the above named Mary Large on the above<lb></lb>
Prosecution, But being seized with a Gripeing in his<lb></lb>
Bowells he was obliged to withdraw from the Court in<lb></lb>
Order to Answer the Exegency of Nature on which<lb></lb>
Occasion he was Absent only a few Minutes, and on,<lb></lb>
his Return found that the Dependant Mary Large had<lb></lb>
been Discharged and that he had been called in his<lb></lb>
Absence And this Deponent farther maketh Oath<lb></lb>
that he did not doe withdraw himself with intent to<lb></lb>
Favour the above named Defendant Mary Large in<lb></lb>
any Sort; But from an absolute Necessity as above<lb></lb>
Expressed, And that he was there Attending to carry on,<lb></lb>
the above mentioned Prosecution against the Defendant<lb></lb>
