of the London Hospital
Saith that last Sunday fortnight the
Deceased was brot. to said Hospital about Eight in the Evening
That Informant Examined him And he found a large
Wound in his right Arm about the joint of the Elbow
and his Left Shoulder was Dislocated
That the Wound was a Cross about an Such and an half
long and about half Such DeepThat it was quite
to the BoneThat there was an Artery Cut
[..] and Informedand Informant tryed to take it up with
a Needle But could notThat something had been
Applyed before and there was a Vast Quality of Coagulated
Blood and that Prevented him from taking up the Artery
That it Appeared to have been done by some Edged Weapon
That Informant Dress'd with Dry Lint and Put a Poltics
on and Reduced the Shoulder
That there was a good deal of Matter found on each side the
Wound which was Squeez'd out every day
That he Died last SundayThat he had received
great Contusions on that side of him on which the Arm
was DislocatedThat he said that a Man whose
Wife kept his House had done it
ThatheInformant cannot say particularly whether the Wound or the
Contusions in his side were the imediate Cause of his death
But they both together threw him into a Fever which Killed him
All the above Informations were
severally taken and Acknowledged the
Day and Year first above written
