Mrs. Dove Benjamine< no role > , I Do hereby give you notice that I do intend to
Appear at the next Sessions of the Peace held for the County
of Middlesex at Hicks hall in St. John Street in the said
County of Tuesday next being the Twenty Eighth day
of this Instant April at Nine o'Clock in the Morning
and that then and there I intend to Try my Traverse
on the said Indictment to which I have already
pleaded not Guilty for Assaulting you
