To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Anne in the County of
Middlesex and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Mary White Chapple
in the said County.

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto Us,
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace, for the
County aforesaid (One whereof being of the Quorum)
by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Said Parish of St. Anne That Anne Pett< no role >
Spinster Daughter of Samuel Pett< no role > Joyner
lately intruded, and
came into the Said Parish of St. Anne and is
likely tobecome chargeable to the Same;
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the
Premises upon Oath, and other Circumstances do
adjudge the Same to be true, and do also adjudge
the Place at the last legal Settlement of the said
Anne Pett to bee in the Parish of St. Mary
White Chapple in the County of Middlesex

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to
require You the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne , or Some, or one of You
on light hereof, to remove and convey the said
Anne Pett
from and out of your Said Parish to the said Parish
of White Chapple
and her deliver unto the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or one of
them, together with this our Order, or a true
Copy hereof, who are hereby required to receive
and provide for her according to Law. Given
under our Hands and Seals this 28th Day of
November in the Year of our Lord 1766.
