At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the
King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall in Saint
John Street in the said County (by Adjournment ) on Thursday the
Twenty Third day of October in the Sixth year of the Reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc

An Account of Inquisitions having been produced before this Court by
Thomas Richard< no role > Gentleman Coroner for the City and Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex therein mentioning the same to be taken on the
View of dead bodies within the said City and liberty from the Eighth day
of April 1766 to the Twenty first day of October in the Same year and
Chargeable by an Act of Parliament on the said County which Inquisitions
Contain the names of the dead bodies viewed being Thirty Six in Number
and it appearing unto this Court by Writing under the hands of
Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and Benjamin Cowley< no role > Esquires Two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County that they have Examined.
the said Account and that there is due for the same to the said Coroner
the Sum of Thirty five pounds one shilling and three penceit is
Ordered that Mr. James Jefferson< no role > Treasurer of this County Do pay
said Sum of Thirty five pounds one shilling and there pence to the said
Coroner due to him upon the said account whose Receipt together with
this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for
such payment.
