Herewith you [..] receive the Abstract laid before Mr. Hargrave
with Additions, The [..] of Sir Edwd Smith< no role > is fully setforth in
the Additional Abstract It does not mention any Estate in Middx
in particular nor is it believed to be registred, Sir Edwd Smith< no role > did dye
without Issue, Mary Tussingham< no role > one of ye parties named in the Decree
of 27th June 1723 upon inspecting the said Decree at the Registers Office
appears to be his Heir at Law This Decree was made in a Supplemental
Cause the Origl Cause being instituted agt. Saml. Smith< no role > Son of Testor's
great Uncle Erasmus Smith< no role > in the will named as Heir at Law of ye said
Testor but upon the Hearing the Origl Cause Saml. Smith was declared
not to be the Testors Heir at Law and then Mary Tussingham was brought
before the Court as such Heir by Supplemental Bill upon hearing which
Supplemental Cause the Decree mentioned in Abstract was made Considering
the Length of time Debts & Legacies may be presumed to be satisfied if
further Satisfaction is required Resort must be had to the Reports in ye said
