in this Co Silversmith hathComplaincth to Us two of His Maj
Just of the P for the sd Co. that Rd Burgess< no role > his Apprentice
who became bound by Indre dated the 11 day of Apr 1763. to
Serve him from the Day of the Dateforuntil the full and & tem
of 7 Yrs Hath frequently misbehaved himself and several times absented
from his Service without his licence and is become very
Idle disobed. dishonest disorderly & incorrigible and the said
Mar therefore prayeth that his said Apprentice may be dis-
charged from him And he having likewise made Oath before Us that
the said Apprentice now absents himself & absconds from his
Service & so as not to be found & hot. before Us to be punished
or to answer the sd. Complaint or thew cause why he shod not
be so discharged And for as much as it Appeareth to Us upon
Oath that the Substance of the sd Complaint is Just & tuce &
that from the ill behavr 3 of the sd Apprentice & [..] wilful breaches of his Covenant it will be hazardons & detrimental to the sd. Mar to Receive
& keep the sd. Apprentice [..] Any Conger Shod. he return (and it app 3 also that no gerater than 5s. was given on the bindg)
We the said Justices do for such Misde [..] Miscarriage & ill behavr.thereby as far as in us lyes Dis-
charged the sd. Apprentice from his Apprenticeship to Husd. [..]
Anything in the sd Indre to the contry not withstands Given under
ours hands & Seals the 26. Day of Feb. 1766
