To all People to whom the Presents shall come Henry Brooks< no role > of the Parish of St.
James Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex Sendeth Greeting Whereas Eliza. [..]
Daughter of Simon Hughes< no role > of the same Parish Leather dresser by [..] Indenture of
Apprenticeship bearing date the 19th. day December 1764 Did put herself Apprentice [..]
the said Henry Brooks< no role > (party hereto)to serve him for the Term of Seven years from the [..]
of the date thereof and fully to be compleat and Ended relation being thereunto to had may [..]
fully Appear And Whereas the said Henry Brooks< no role > being desirous willing to Assign and
Turn over his said Apprentice (by and with her consent testifyedby her Executing the [..] by her [..] Seals [..] [..]
unto Samuel Churchel< no role > of Saint Johns Court Cow Lane in the Parish of Saint Sepulchre
London Victr Now these Presents WitnessKnow ye therefore that the said Henry Brooks< no role > for and in
Conon of the Sum of Five shillings of lawfull Money of Great Britain to him in hand
Paid by the sd. Samuel Churchel the Receipt whereof he doth herebyacknowl he the sd.
Henry Brooks< no role > Hath Assigned Transferred and Turned over and by these Presents Doth
Assign transferr and turn over the said Apprentice Eliza. Hughes< no role > toger. with the said
Indre of Apprenticeship unto the sd. Saml. Churchel with him to Dwell and serve in
the same manner and from as she shod. or ought to have done [..] sd. Hy. Brooks
