the said Appeal and what hath been Alledged on either side by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers their Council and Witnesses in and concerning
the Premises It is Ordered that the said Order of Removable Adjudication of the said two
Justices be confirmed And the same is hereby confirmed accordingly And
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
James within the liberty of Westminster
