The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint John Zachary in the City of
London

Sheweth

That by an Order of Removal under the Hands and
Seals of Benjamin Cowley< no role > and John Spencer Colepeper< no role >
Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 27th. day of September last Ann Elcomb< no role >
Single Woman was Removed and Conveyed from the parish
of Saint Luke in the County of Middlesex to the said
parish of Saint John Zachary in the City of London as the
place of the last legal Settlement of the said Ann Elcomb< no role >

Your Petitioners apprehending
themselves to be aggrieved by the said
Order of Removal Do humbly Appeal
against the same And pray that a Day
in this present Session may be appointed
for the Hearing and determining the
said Appeal
