Bloomsbury [..] 6th. Augt. 1765. Mitre & Crown in
little Russel Street . touching the death of Sarah Fuller< no role >
otherwise Davis< no role > then & there lying dead.

Godfrey Off< no role > [..] of Great Russal Street Apothecary That abt. 4.
or 5 days before the deced died a Woman came to him & desired
him to come & bleed a Woman at the Crown & [..] untohe came
or found the deced sitting in her Cloaths at the Reds Feet a he
inquired what was the [..] ure she told him she was very bad
all over her, he inquired how long she had been ill she Answed.
she had not been very well for some time, but worse than ordinary
for 2 or 3 dayshe found her by Simptons to be very weak & faint
& in a how Fever & therefore thot. bleeding improper but as the
Fever by the Simptons seem'd to be of the malignant kind, he
ordd. her proper MedicinesWhen he saw her the next day he
found her worse & so she continued every day to grow worse &
worse during the Fane he attended wch. was on the Tuesday
before she died [..] Says he went out of Town on the Wednesday
& When he came to the door in order to Visit her on the Thursday he was
inform'd she was deadSays that during the Time of his
attendance he preceiv'd no signs of it ward Bruises or any
obstrace of any partler part, or any Simptons of but what
are common to Fevers of a malignant kind & apprehends
she died of a Fever from a bad habit of Body owing to excesses
Says that he dont recollect That the deced did [..] at any time during
his attendance make any complaint to him of her being abus'd
or hurt by any body
