to be brought before Sir John Fieldings< no role > Knight a Magistrate
the County of Middlesex which was accordingly done a
on the 9th. day of july instant the Deft was committed
by John Spinnage< no role > Esquire to the New Prison Clerkenwell
And this Dept. farther saith that he apprehend's [..]
believes that the said Henry Seers< no role > is a Material [..]
for the King against the Deft in order to find a Bill of
Indictment for the Sd. Feolony agt. him & to Convict him
thereon And this Dept. Thomas Brightes for himself Saith
that the sd. Henry Seers for a Fortnight last past or
there about hath been & now is afflicted with an
Inflammation on his Lungs and during which
to this Dept. hath constantly attended his as Surg [..]
and Apothecary and that the sd. Henry Seers is incapable
of being removed from his Bed to attend atHicks Hall in the
County of Middlesex
the now Session of the Peace held at
Hick's Hall in and for the County of Middlesex without
endangering his Life ad this Dept. apprehends and
belives.
