Who being upon Oath says that She knows Alexander Kenedy< no role >
a Bailiff now or late of Fountain Court in St. Metlins lane
and Elizabeth Nightingaile< no role > now present with whom said Kenedy he sliced
as She believes about eight Months, says that onFridayWednesday the 7th. of May
last said Nightingaile came to thro Informent at her Lodging's
as above, & complained of sd. Kenedys having beat and bruised
her in a cruel manner, and said She won'd not go near him
any more, says that Sd. Elizabeth Nightingaile appeared to be
very much bruised indifferent parts of her Body, says that
Sd. Elizabeth Nightingaile< no role > baycontinued with this Informt. [..]

for [..] togethertil the 6th. of June Inst. only that
daringthat time, She lodged with Sarah Higgins< no role > sd. Kenedy's
Ann to Daughter in Keniston Street at Mrs. Serdmiers the
School Mistress; Says that on Thursday the 6th. Instant
Sd. Nightingaile; came to her & Hag with her every Night down
to Friday last the 14th. Inst. says that on Sunday the 9th.ofInst.
Jane Sulivan< no role > then Servant to sd. Kenedy came to this Informant's
Lodgings, and in the presence of this Informt. Mr. Nightingail's and
the aforesaid Sarah Higgins, said to sd. Nightingaile. have you heard
any thing of my Mester (meaning said Shenedy) [..] being anowd.
no, sd. Jane sad the con'd tole her he was in the [..] for Bobbing the [..] bring Cross
[..] that said Jane then went to the Gatehouse to see whether
it was [..] returning back presently, said that said Kenedy

passing about sd. Kenedys having misdeed Mrs. Nightingaile sd
Jane the Maid said, that her Manter [..] was in great danger for
