Be it Remembered that at the General Quarter
Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden at Guildhall in
King Street Westmr. in and for the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter
of the Collegiate Church of Saint Peter Westmr. the City Borough and
Town of Westminster in the County of Middlesex and St. Martin
le Grand London on Wednesday the Tenth day of October in the
fourth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third
King of Great Britain Etc. before Sir John Fielding< no role > Knight Sir
Joseph Ayloff< no role > Houlding Baronet Sir Henry Cheere< no role > Knight
Roger Jackson< no role > Esquire and others their Fellows Justices [..] said
Lord the King Assigned to keep the Peace in the said Lib [..] nd
also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other
Misdeeds done and Committed in the said Liberty By the Oath of

the fourth Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord Lord George the
Third King of Great Britain Etc with force and Arms at the Parish
aforesaid within the Liberty aforesaid in the County aforesaid in and
upon one Henry Peake< no role > in the Peace of God and our said Lord the
King then and there being did make an Assault and him the said
Henry then and there did beat wound and ill treat so that of his Life
it was greatly despaired And other wrongs to the said Henry then
