and Saith that he this Deponent did upon the twenty Sixth
day of April last serve Erasmo Monopoli at the Sign of the
Spread Eagle at Church Stairs Rotherhith Andrew Powell< no role >
of Sun Yard Wapping and Mr. Goswell the Soliseter in thus
Cause at His House in Warwick Court London by Severally
delivering and leaving a true Copy of the said notice with
John Burn< no role > at his House knew by the Sign of the Spread
Eagle in Church Street Rotherhith Aforesaid where the said
Erasmo Monopoli< no role > Lodged who Informed this Deponent that
he the said Erasmo Monopoli was gon out of Englad and that
he Could not Informe this Deponent when he the said monopolis
Should Return, and the Deponent left writ Elizabeth Wardren
Sevrt. maid to the said Andrew Powell< no role > at his House in Sun
Yard Wapping and Mr. Goswell the Soliseter in the Cause by
