The Information of Sarah Littlewood< no role > of
taken before us [..] three of his Majties Justices of the
Peace for the said County this 1st. day of May 1764

Who being an Oath Saith that an or about Friday was three Weeks
about 4 or 5 o Clock in the afternoon words happened between Mary
Hargrave
< no role > and Ann Davis< no role > deced at the Bull and Butcher in Brown's
Gardens and the said Ann Davis< no role > told the said Mary Hargrave< no role > that
she wanted to make a Whore of her Daughter upon which the said
Mary Hargrave< no role > took up the Iron Poker of the Tap Room Fireat

[..] and went up to the said Ann Davis< no role > who was then Sitting in a Box and
Strucks her on the head with the said Poker and this Informant saw
the Blood run down from the said Ann Davis< no role > 's Head And saith that
the said Ann Davis< no role > neither Strucks a attempted to Strike the said Mary
Hargrave
< no role > either before or after the said Blow was given and Saith
that the Nights before being Thursday Night the said Ann Davis< no role > was
Ironing in the Tap Room at the Sign of the said Bull & Butcher and
words and a Quanel rose between the said Ann Davis< no role > & James
Mulford
< no role > who passed for two Husband and Blows passed between them
and the first blow that this Informt. observed was given by the said
Ann Davis< no role > to the said James Mulford which here turned and many
blows afterwards passed between them and the said Ann Davis< no role > had
a black Eye and complained that two of her Ribbs were broker from
the flows gives her by the said James Mulford< no role > And saith that she
saw the said Ann Davis< no role > divers times after the Injuries reced an the
thursday and friday above mentd. and the time of her decease
which was an this day Sevennight at Night and that the said Ann
Davis
