to wit
Whereas Complaint hath been this Day made upto us
Sir John Fielding< no role > Knight and Thomas Kynaston< no role > Esquire two of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County upon the
Oath of Phillip Griffin< no role > of the Parish of St. Margaret Westminster
in the said County Clothworker that Samuel Schall< no role >
Apprentice to the said Phillip Griffin< no role > hath Committed diverce
Midemeanors towords the said Phillip the Master aforesaid
to wit by refusing to obey him Lawfull Commands, and
absenting himself from his service without his Leave and
Consent, And whereas upon Examination of the Matter of the
said Complaint and upon hearing the Allegations of both
Parties (they having come before us for that purpose) and upon
due consideration had thereof We have Adjudged and do
hereby Adjudge the said Complaint to be hue We the said
Justices do by these Presents and by Virtue of the Power
given to us by the Statute Discharge the said Samuel
Schall off and from his Apprenticeship to the said Phillip
Griffin
< no role > any thing in any Indenture or Indentures of
Apprenticeship made betwixt them or Otherwise
howsoever to the Contrary Notwithstanding, Given
under our Hands and Seals this 10th. Day of February
1764.
