Take Notice that the above named Deft Elizabeth Smyth< no role >
will be Brought into Court at Hicks's Hall in St. John Street
in the County of Middx, pursuant to a Rule of Court for that purpose
to Morrow at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon mid will then
and there plead Not Guilty to the Said Indictment and at the
Same time Enter into a Recognizance with proper Suretys
Conditioned for her personal Appearance in the Sd. Court at the
next. Ensueing Sessions to be held at he Same place
their and there to Try her Traverse on the Sd. Indictment
and not to Depart the Sd. Court without Leave And the
Names of her Intended Bayle for that purpose are John
Poynten of Fields Court in the parish of Saint James
Clerkenwell in the Sd. County of Middx Gentl.and Christopher
Woods
