King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks
Hall in Saint John Street in the said County (by
Adjournment) on Thursday the Twenty third day of
February 1764 in the fourth Year of Reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the Third [..] King of
Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered upon reading the Affidavit of Thomas

due Notice of Tryal of the Defendants Traverse for the next

Prosecutor shall be deemed good Service and that the
Defendts. Recognizance be respited from Estreating in the
mean Time and untill Etc.
