To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex in General Quarter Session of the peace at Hicks Hall
Assembled

The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Anne within
the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under the hands and
Seals of Benjamin Cox< no role > and Thomas Kynaston< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the City and Liberty of Westmr (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the twentieth day of December last Thomas Salmon< no role >
was removed from the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields within the LIberty of
Westminster in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Anne
as the Place of his last Legal Settlement Whereby Younger Petitioners
conceive themselves to be Aggreived

Therefore they humbly Appeal to Your Worships
against the Adjudication of the said two Justices and Pray that
the Benefit of this Appeal may be saved to Your Petitioners [..]
the next General Session of the peace to be holden for this County
and that Your Worships will be pleased to Order that the hearing
of the said Appeal be Adjourned untill the said next General
Session of the peace and also that the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of Saint Martin in the Fields and all
persons concerned do attend the Court of the said next General
Session of the peace some day in the said Session to hear and
Abide the Judgement and Determination of the same Court
touching the said Appeal
