touching the death of Edwd. Dally< no role > then & these lying dead.

Willm. Frank< no role > Reis. Rosemary Lane . Brewer . That last Thursday
Evening between 7&8 in the Evening he came into Hill yard
out of his Brewhouse & saw two mon Fighting One of them
was the deced the other he Thinks he shd. Searcoly know him
again of he shd. we himhe saw the deced fall by a Blow upon
the left Tarple gives by the person he fought withhe got up
but did not heard him speakWhich he saw was fair fighting
They were both Ship'd & fought by cannotThinks them both
equaly Match'd & that they fought adt. so MinuteThe deced
diad almost instantly after the Blowhe had hold of his
Arm soon after but he was deadThe men having a Notion
That putting him into a warn Bed might bring him too [..] was the ra [..] he was brot.
into the Hospt.That after the deced was he heard this
man he fought with sayhe was glad of it.

last Thursday Evening the deced [..] One Moreton & one or
two more as known came into his House in Two Companies &
sat in two Boxedeach Compa. had a pot of Beerhe went
up stairs in his Family & lift the Compa. in their Boxes drinking
quietly That whilst he was up stairs he heard a wrangling
he came down & ask'd there what they were quarrelling abt.
he defined them to Go out & Fight & not to Fight in his House
That Moreton make has [..] . & said Mr.Hanley I dont defies to
beard any Quarrel in Yr. Housesays he went to the deced
& laid his hand on his shoulder & said to him friendly to gr.
& deat FightThat immediatly both Companies went out of
his House & he Lock'd his doorsaw nothing of the Battle
