The Information of George Carpenter< no role > of Covent
Garden Gentleman

Who being on Oath Says that about a forthnight agoe a Person
now present who calls himself James Pearson< no role > published to this
Informant a [..] Bils of Exchange now produced purporting to
be the Bill of Exchange of Edward Fuller< no role > , drawn on John
Bland< no role > & Company Bankers, for the Sum of Thirty five pounds
which said Bill of Exchange this Informant verily believes
to be false forged and Counterfeiled, and also the acceptance
thereon, and that the said Pearson feloniously Published
its him this Informt. as aforesaid knowing it to be false
forged and Counterfeited, with Intent to Defraud him this
Informt. of the said Sum of Thirty five pound Contrary
to the Statute in that Case made and provided
