asking her a Question presented a Pistol
to this Informant's Head & snapped the
same three or four Times But ye Pistol
missed fire and this Informant being
greatly frightened made her Escape out
of the Passage intending to get into the
Street & he followed her & fell down in
the Passage and in little more than a
Minute this Informt. found herself
wounded in her left Side which she
supposes was by a shot from a Pistol
but she was so terrified that she neither
heard the Report of the Pistol nor did
she [..] feel ye Wound till she discovered it
with her Hand And this Informant
saith that for sometime before the aforesd.
Accident she concieved the said Joshua the
younger
< no role > not to be in his right Mind & was
apprehensive that at sometime he would
make away with himself for about three
Months ago he cutt himself cross ye left
Wrist with a Knife and saith that about
three Days before the above Accident
happenned she observed great Distraction
in his Countenance And this Informt.
Mary Dohos< no role > for herself saith that on
the 9th. Day of July beforesaid about Ten
of the Clock in the Morning this Informt
being up 2 Pair of Stairs in the House of
